Dan Esterman

Owner / Senior Energy Engineer

Dan unlike your typical Energy Solutions Specialist has a diverse background in both engineering and business. Dan graduated with his MBA from the William E. Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester and also achieved a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts. Dan is a member of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) as well as the Association for Facilities Engineering (AFE). Unlike most solution providers Dan has spent years designing power systems with previous experience in designing digital camera electronics, battery packs, solar panel integration, chargers, and high tech electronic design for space applications. Dan has also worked directly for the RG&E Small Business Program interfacing with many different customers in the Western NY Region prior to starting LEDTOMORROW. Through his vast experience, Dan has the unique ability to walk into a room and understand spatially know what type of light would work best in an area and understand from the design level how the colors in a room will look with various types of LED solutions.

Additional Dan is a member of the NYSEG/RG&E CIRP Trade Ally Advisory Group.

SW Sales Manager / Energy Engineer

Experienced Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the Industrial Facility Design.   Has a wealth of experience and knows factories inside and out.  Additionally, he has years of Technical Sales, Operations Management, Oil and Gas Facility Design, CAD Development, and Site Simulation. Strong business development professional with a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) focused in Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.  Robbie enjoys interacting with customers and solving their problems.

Tom Fahrenholz

VP of Finance

Tom has over twenty three years of financial management experience and has reduced the tax burden and improved processes at every opportunity. Unlike the typical CPA, Tom does far more than report results, he improves them. While at Manager of Accounting and Control at General Electric Tom implemented strategies that reduced taxes by $5 Million and reduced the financial reporting error rate by 9,000%. Tom has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Questrom School of Management at Boston University and an MBA from the William E Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester. In ad Prior to joining LEDTomorrow, Tom held Senior Financial Management positions at General Electric, Citibank and Auction Direct USA.  He is active in the community and has served as the chairman of the finance committee of the Monroe YMCA.

Galina Esterman

VP of Customer Development

Galina has a BSE from the University of Kansas. Galina has run a nutraceuticals business interfacing with doctors and managers to fulfill their vitamin needs. She is taking her wealth of customer focused experience and applying it in customer development. She was also a wellness coach and certified massage therapist. Her customer focus from these fields has carried over to her position at LEDTOMORROW Energy Solutions.
